We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you select USPS Priority or Express shipping service. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund. All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through USPS

I will pack your order with care but understand that your package is out of my control once it leaves my shop for transit. Please contact the carrier directly for ALL questions regarding the status of your shipment, and damages. All packages came with $ 100 insurance. I will assist you with, but I will NOT refund the cost if is lost or damage due to transportation.
